DHL decides to deliver after 6pm and 7pm is ridiculous. When you call you are told you are unable to pick up your package. You will continue to get misinformed and the run around. They have literally destroyed one of my parcels already. Det tar längre tid för dhl att frakta paket inrikes än vad det tar för paket att komma från andra sidan jorden till Sverige. Unbelievably poor customer service. It's impossible to access a human, and the the customer service phoneline costs money to call. Trying to deal with DHL has been so incredibly frustrating, and it's stressful to think that my return has to be handled by such an incompetent company.
